Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Since our items are handmade, certain customized products may require additional processing time. Any such delays will be communicated in advance.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner or unforeseen delays.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your order in real time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and courier partner rates.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Packaging

  • All products are packed with care using protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

International Shipping

  • International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs procedures.

  • Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS. You can track the shipment status until it is delivered.

  • A packaging video of the product ordered will be shared via email/SMS.
