At Coral Crochet Studio, each product is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. We aim to deliver your order safely and on time, while ensuring complete transparency throughout the shipping process.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Since our items are handmade, certain customized products may require additional processing time. Any such delays will be communicated in advance.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner or unforeseen delays.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your order in real time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and courier partner rates.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Packaging

  • All products are packed with care using protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

International Shipping

  • International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs procedures.

  • Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS. You can track the shipment status until it is delivered.

  • A packaging video of the product ordered will be shared via email/SMS.

Customized Order Booking & Shipping

  • Coral Crochet Studio accepts customized orders for selected products, subject to design feasibility and availability.

  • Order Confirmation: Customized orders will be confirmed after discussing and finalizing the design, pricing and estimated completion timeline.

  • Payment: Orders will be taken up for production only after the agreed advance payment or full payment is received.

  • Processing Time: Customized products may require additional preparation time depending on the complexity of the design. The estimated timeline will be shared before confirmation.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of booking. Delivery timelines begin once the order is completed and dispatched.

  • Changes & Cancellation: Any changes to the confirmed design or order details may affect the price and completion timeline. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Collaborations - Shipping Policy

  • Products featured through collaborations may have different availability, processing and dispatch timelines.

  • Fulfilment: Products stocked at Coral Crochet Studio will be packed and dispatched by us, while products fulfilled directly by collaborators will be dispatched by the respective partner.

  • Processing & Delivery: Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and fulfilment location. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Multiple Shipments: Orders containing products from different locations may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking details.

  • Shipping Charges: Any additional shipping charges arising from separate dispatches will be communicated and approved by the customer before dispatch.

  • Customer Support: Coral Crochet Studio will remain the primary point of contact for all queries related to collaborative orders and will coordinate with partners whenever required.

  • Shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery delays caused by courier partners or incorrect customer details are not our liability.
