RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
General
Coral Crochet Studio creates and sells handcrafted crochet products. Due to the handmade and unique nature of our items, variations in color, texture and form are inherent and shall not be considered defects.
Return Eligibility
For Domestic Orders (Within India)​

Domestic returns are accepted. Customers may submit a return request within five (5) days from the date of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all packaging materials, labels and accessories.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as we currently do not offer free pick-up services. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, up to ₹60 of the shipping charges or the actual postage paid (whichever is lower) will be refunded along with the eligible product amount.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
For International Orders (Outside India) -
General international returns are not supported at this time.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (from sealed package to complete opening)

Clear photos of the product and packaging

As each piece is individually handcrafted and often one of a kind, replacements are not available for international orders.

Upon verification, we will offer an appropriate partial refund based on the extent of the damage.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Exchange Request
Exchanges are not permitted.
As each product is uniquely handcrafted, identical replacements cannot be guaranteed; therefore, no exchange requests will be accepted.
Proof of Defect – Open-Box Video Requirement

For any return claimed due to damage, defect or incorrect product received, the customer must provide a clear, uninterrupted open-box video showing:

The unopened package

The complete unboxing process

The condition of the product upon opening
-

Videos that are edited, unclear, incomplete or recorded after opening the package may render the claim invalid.
Seller’s Packing Verification (Optional)

Prior to dispatch, we will provide a packing video demonstrating the condition of the product and verification of packaging at the time of shipment.

This video shall serve as our proof of the item’s condition before handover to the courier partner.

If recorded, a secure viewing link will be shared with the customer via email after dispatch. The video will remain accessible for up to 5 days from the date of delivery, after which it will be permanently deleted from our records.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper care

Missing open-box video
-
Incomplete items or missing accessories

Personalized, altered or custom-made orders (if applicable)
REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and thoroughly inspected by our team.

Upon successful verification, a refund of the full product amount (excluding shipping charges) will be processed. Approved return shipping reimbursement (up to ₹60) will be included where applicable.

Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

The amount will be credited back to the customer’s original method of payment, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the respective bank or payment provider.
​For International Orders (Outside India)​​

For approved international damage claims, refunds (partial, as applicable) will be processed after verification of the submitted photos and mandatory unboxing video.

Return of the product is not required unless specifically advised.

Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days after claim approval and will be credited back to the original method of payment, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the respective bank or payment provider.
